TASTING NOTES

This enticing Blend shows complexities of rich, dark cherry and juicy plum while vanilla and subtle freshly ground black pepper delight the nose.  These flavors create a supple bodied wine, with gently acidity and medium tannins.  This culminates in an elegant, yet lasting finish that will leave dark fruit flavors lingering on the palate.

FOOD PAIRING

Enjoy with pork tenderloin marinated with garlic, rosemary and pepper.  This wine also lends itself nicely to margherita pizza topped with fresh basil.  For those with a sweet tooth, it pairs excellently with double chocolate chip brownies.
